Project Brief: Recreate popular media images, such as a music album cover, advertisement, magazine cover, newspaper, film poster, etc., using your own photographic imagery and the tools available in Photoshop. Recreate three images for this series that work well together when presented side by side. The chosen reference images must be a mass media images, and can be from any time period. You will photograph your models and retouch the skin accordingly. You will then use photoshop’s text tools, shape tools, and other advanced functions to achieve the desired effect. This recreation can be a play on the original image, or a more abstract reinterpretation of the original.
